QUESTIONS

  • Is it possible to customize a piece with my own saying?
Yes! We LOVE collaborating with you. Send us an email with what you have in mind and let's make it happen. We reserve the right to refuse work that is offensive or goes against the Rank & Sugar brand of peace & love. Hope you understand.
  • Can I return an order?
We do our very best to make sure you're happy with your Rank & Sugar. We pour lots of love and hard work into your one-of-a-kind piece. These garments have been through the war (literally) and we view their war wounds as part of their charm. If you are at all concerned about the shape of a garment, please reach out BEFORE placing your order. We can send you more photos and go over any concerns you may have. We can also send you the actual piece at your expense for you to inspect before we customize it. The goal is to make a Rank & Sugar garment that you will treasure and be proud of. All orders are FINAL SALE.
  • How long will it take to get my order ?
We want you to have your Rank & Sugar ASAP! All of our work is handmade and made-to-order unless stated otherwise. Lead times are approximately 3-6 weeks depending on the item. We ship USPS priority mail. Ready-to-ship pieces will go out immediately.
  • I have an idea for something that I don't see on your website. Can you make it for me?
Hit us up! You never know.
  • I saw something on your Instagram feed but it's not on your website...
We update our Instagram daily, so it could be that it hasn't made our website yet or it was a custom order. Either way, reach out to us and we can make it happen.
  • I have my ___(fill in the blank)___'s jacket from when he was in the war. Can you customize it for me?
That's awesome & incredibly meaningful. Think long & hard before deciding to alter it. If you still want to personalize it after sleeping on it, give us a shout. We'd love to collaborate.
  • How should I care for my Rank & Sugar?
Our pieces are made from hard working garments that have seen battles. They should withstand whatever you subject them to. With that said, they have been hand embroidered so remember that when wearing jewelry that could snag threads. Wash in a cold, gentle cycle and hang to dry. Don't forget to remove pockets, collars and pins where applicable.
  • Do you ever do Pop-Ups?
Absolutely! We love a good Pop-Up. Let us know if there's one you think would be a good fit. We'll hit the road & come see you.
